I organize and file reports, leases, and paperwork in a mandatory order per our company policy. I obtain daily traffic activity off website filters and follow up consistently to schedule appointments and I accelerate occupancy goals quickly. I process service requests, answer and handle incoming phone calls from new prospective residents, current residents, and vendors/suppliers. I obtain credit and criminal verifications on a daily basis and run office errands as needed.
