I enter daily activity in MRI and other various internet websites. I use a Blue Moon software on a daily basis to type up new legal binding contracts and renewals with Texas Apartment Association. I organize and file reports, leases, and paperwork in a mandatory order per our company policy. I obtain daily traffic activity off website filters and follow up consistently to schedule appointments and I accelerate occupancy goals quickly. I process service requests, answer and handle incoming phone calls from new prospective residents, current residents, and vendors/suppliers. I obtain credit and criminal verifications on a daily basis and run office errands as needed. I create high energy as well as a motivational environment to exceed expectations that is required as loyal associate. I do heavy outreach marketing which consists of working with a company budget using collateral on hand or creating new and inventive ways to advertise my community based on generated prospective clients. I carry a high closing ratio in which I lease apartments at several different communities in the Dallas and Fort Worth area in which I encourage resident referrals, emphasize resident retention, and contribute ideas to the property manager as well as the regional area leader. I work with a company budget to plan resident activities each month and set a marketing plan in place. I answer incoming calls and forward them to our agents. I prepare new listings on MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and file them accordingly to our property addresses. I run errands to different cities delivering proper contract forms that have to meet deadlines for our office. I use ‘Crest’ which is a program specifically used by all century 21 agencies. This work entails reading and understanding a MLS listing and properly typing in information about properties which will eventually go on century 21 website.
