I am currently unemployed I was employed with Citi Group as an AVP in Corporate tax. I am in transition right now. I am back in school and pursuing my Ph.D in organizational Psychology schedule to be finished summer of 2010. I am having a bit of a problem making this transition. - I am currently unemployed I was employed with Citi Group as an AVP in Corporate tax. I am in transition right now. I am back in school and pursuing my Ph.D in organizational Psychology schedule to be finished summer of 2010. I am having a bit of a problem making this transition. I am looking to be involved in stratrgic planning, change management, talent reteention or leadership training. To cope with the current economy I believe managers cannot function with a business as usual attitiude with two or three different generations clashing in the workplace and the great emphasis on cultural diversity minds need to be retrained in order to be effective as leaders. That is the area I am looking to impact. Any help from an HR perspective will be appreciated as to how to best tailor my resume to get organization's attention.
