Direct Onboarding of new clients onto IBM Human Capital Management and Payroll services delivery platform including Call and Case Management System, and other Contact Center support tools. Manage the steady state delivery of client services including contract management, service level agreements and status reporting versus contract metrics. Participate in the annual budgeting and investment process including the identification of new delivery assets and the improvement and growth of existing delivery assets and services. Developed business to 20 PeopleSoft and SAP clients and over $500 Million in service revenues in 4 years.

Directed the Solution Center Application Services delivery offering. The offering was Solution Center based Package Application Management Services and Preconfigured Solutions for SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Baan, Oracle and Siebel Enterprise Resource Applications. The project scope included managing: 3 Solution Centers, Capital Investments, and the Enterprise Resources Sandbox and Development Environments consisting of 45 servers. Also responsible for managing customer contracts, service level agreements, reporting against contract metrics, delivery business controls and internal audits. The business grew to 24 clients, 340 delivery resources and $350 Million in service revenues in 4 ½ years.
• Opened the initial Solution Center in Atlanta in 1999 and the Chicago and Bangalore Centers in 2000
