Senior Corporate Recruiting Manager and Sr. Human Resource Generalist within our group, responsible for the compliance, staffing and employee retention of Capital and Maintenance projects in the petro-chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and waste water industry, as well as Project Manager in charge of staffing resources and coordination for special projects. ENGlobal had grown from 1600 employees to more than 3000 in the time I've been with them. We have 22 facilities around the world and I've worked with most offices in staffing, planning and maintaining our employee group. I’m also responsible for Special Events, Job Fairs and Job Expos and well as Public Relations in our Eastern Division including colleges and educational facilities as well as Chambers and Board of Directors Divisions. Coordinate Cost and Staffing management for Exxon Mobil, Motiva, BASF and Total to ensure projects are done within budget and negotiate changes to contractual agreements keeping within the scope of work and the budget set forth by the corporate offices according to the contract.
