Career Summary:
Twenty years of experience with Consulting Engineering Firms preparing contract design drawings to coordinate project information in a team environment. Expert knowledge in the development construction documents from conceptual to final using engineering design methods, manual and cad drafting.
Proficient in the preparation of residential and commercial land development, civil and survey, transportation roadway, highway and infrastructure, structural concrete, steel and rail bridge, metro subway and track work, architectural concrete and steel structures, mechanical, telecom equipment layout, restaurant and mall kiosk space planning design plans.
Experience also includes latest versions of AutoCAD, Microstation, Revit and vertical applications installation and maintenance, CAD Department management, employee instruction and training on cad applications, installation and maintenance of computers and peripheral hardware.
Qualification Summary:
Highway design and site development plan preparation
Storm water management and highway drainage plan preparation.
Develop construction plan and details for all disciplines.
Right of Way plan and ownership map preparation.
Traffic maintenance plans, residential and commercial land development
Field experience in bridge and roadway inspection
Field data and survey collection for study analysis and design on civil, transportation, and water / wastewater facilities

CAD Department Administration, Excellent leadership skills
CADD Certification RETS Tech School of Baltimore, Md. 1988
Extensive knowledge of engineering and office software including latest versions of Microstation, AutoCad, Revit and vertical platform design software
Salary History:
At present, 58k plus benefits; Medical and Life insurance, 401k Profit Sharing, Annual Performance and Holiday Bonus.
Salary Requirements:
All salary and benefits preferred lateral but are negotiable
