In 1998, the company purchased a hotel in Ouray, Colorado that had been vacant for more than 30 years. The property was totally restored over a five year period. During 2000 – 2002, we started several new businesses in this resort town. The hotel started operations in 2003. At one time, the enterprise had three restaurants, a bakery, a hair salon, a spa, a movie theater, and the hotel.
