- Kate Hoback has genuine passion for Tulsa. Originally from outside of Philadelphia, she came to Oklahoma to attend OSU and stayed after graduation when she found exactly what she was looking for in a career. She has worked for The Addison Group since 2007 where she currently holds the position of Technical Business Development Manager.
Hoback serves on the Leadership Team of Tulsa’s Young Professionals as the Crew Leader for the Colleges & Universities Crew where she presents to organizations and college groups about Tulsa hiring trends and job search techniques. Kate also spends her time serving local IT User Groups, the Association of Information Technology Professionals, the TAHRA Website Committee, the Tulsa Relocation Packet Redisign Committee, Co-Founding the Tulsa SolidWorks User Group, was the 2010 Oklahoma Human Resources Conference Marketing Co-Chair, and serves as the board Intern for The Bridges Foundation. The TulsaWorld featured Kate’s perspectives on Social Networking and she volunteers her time with the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice, and The Food Bank.
