Have experience in Staffing was a Branch Manager, also a Training and Development Manager for another staffing company. Have extensive experience in hiring candidates, testing applicants according to their skill level, drug testing, performed background and reference checks, dealt with employee - employer issues, disciplined and terminated employees, Public relations, implemented training for 21 offices in 4 states.
