POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide supervision of all maintenance resources on multiple shifts. Maintain and improve process equipment and the overall Cleveland facility. Responsible for directing the Preventative Maintenance program. Responsible for reducing unscheduled equipment downtime and cost reduction efforts.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Assure maximum performance of all production operations and facility services
 Maintain a complete and effective PM program, including work assignments and progress tracking.
 Support Production, Engineering and Development by attending production and scheduling meetings.
 Provide a safe working environment for all employees.
 Identify areas for improvement, especially in facility services and equipment uptime.
 Evaluate Maintenance activities and effectiveness of all maintenance associates on all shifts.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
 Experience in manufacturing operations including production, engineering and facility services.
 Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience.
 Excellent oral and written communications skills.
 Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks.
 Well developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
 Demonstrated ability to work independent of direct supervision.
 4 Year Engineering Degree

 Effectively manage maintenance department budget.
