• Perform internal distribution of other technical documentation according to the project distribution list
• Utilizes the project eRoom for the transfer of Supplier documents to and from vendors
• Communicates with vendors regarding guidelines required in the submittal process, quality of submittals, and day to day work related issues
• Prepare Transmittals for outgoing technical documentation
