Executive Operations Supervisor, 4th Sustainment Brigade 2008 –July 2009
Provides executive level oversight of brigade operations. Responsible for the management of over 10 deployable army units, consisting of over 5,000 soldiers. Manage the short and long range training calendar for the organization and provide special reports, briefings, and expert advice to executive level leadership.
• Identifies critical shortfalls impacting personnel readiness through comprehensive data analysis
• Improves organization output by sharing knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and leadership techniques.
• Focuses on customer service by providing subordinate commanders with the tools of success to effectively train and mobilize their organizations.
Operations Supervisor
Headquarter Company, Brigade Troops Battalion 2004-2008
Directed the organization’s wartime operational readiness and 4 subordinate commands in Iraq for 2,500 soldiers. Provided logistical support for the entire 4th Infantry Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Played a key role in the training of the 6th Iraqi Army.
• Improved unit operating efficiency rates by 20% due to the creation of data management systems and improving support processes.

1-381st Infantry Regiment (Training Support) 2003 – 2004

Served as liaison between the Armed Forces and several government-contracted agencies. Supervised a team of over 250 logisticians and trainers.
• Managed and coordinated the logistical efforts for over 14,000 soldiers prior to deployment to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait.
• Requisitioned and coordinated the logistics of over 45 million rounds of ammunition to over 30 training sites on the largest military base in the world.
• Coauthored the training guide and the deployment guide that was adopted as the installation standard and used as the model of training at the United States Army Safety Center.
Maintenance Supervisor

Supervised the largest maintenance facility in the Army on the largest military installation in the world. Provided invaluable oversight to U. S. Army Safety Center and the Army Center for Lessons Learned.
