SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER (1991 to Present)

Self-Motivated Engineer on assigned projects for equipment design and field support. Involved with Code calculations on pressure parts, line sizing, supervision and coordination with other engineering disciplines as well as with vendors, and clients. Programs used include Compress, Code Calc and B-Jac for Heat Exchangers.

Projects included:

Aug 06 Jacobs Engineering – Houston TX – Responsible in expediting new equipment for Multi-Billion Dollar July 09 expansion projects. Included were API storage tank design and modifications to existing equipment.

June 06 Ventech Engineering Services, Inc. – Pasadena TX - Lead Mechanical Engineer for World Wide re- Aug 06 location of Plant Sites bought by Clients. Verification of existing equipment capable of new design
conditions.

Jan 04 Bayer Technical Services – Baytown TX – Lead Engineer in multiple projects where equipment was
May 06 re-designed/re-rated for expansion and debottlenecking at various locations on site.

Dec 99 Jacobs Engineering - Cincinnati OH - Overseeing equipment for Bayer Corporation in Kansas City MO Apr 03 for Pharmaceutical Plant in accordance with FDA Rules and Regulations.

Sept 97 Bayer Corporation – New Martinsville WV – Responsible for all major equipment which generated a
Dec 99 final product of Polyurethanes used Worldwide.

Oct 94 Bayer Corporation – Baytown TX – Responsible for design of multiple Steam Generating Reactors to Sept 97 provide the plant energy to be used for all major and future project expansions. Travel and shop inspection of equipment was needed to expedite equipment.

July 93 Bayer Corporation - Pittsburgh, PA - Design of forty heat exchangers (thermal and mechanical) using
Oct 94 B-JAC for windows program. Up front engineering, sizing units for comparison of quotes.

Apr 92 Bayer Corporation - Baytown, TX - Supervising engineer of heat exchangers for Aniline which July 93 will be used in the plastic production as an end product. Minimum pressures ranged from 150 psig to 715 psig. Large pipe loads and stresses at connections had to be incorporated.

Apr 91 Miles, Inc. - Baytown, TX - Lead vessel engineer for increasing polymer output in plastic production.
Jun 92 Numerous exchangers and jacketed vessels were required to maintain heat and high pressure design
(500 PSIG).

DESIGN ENGINEER (1987 to 1991)

Dec 89 Miles, Inc. - Bushy Park, SC – Plant expansion incorporated additional equipment including storage May 91 tanks and a 20,000 gallon reactor, doubling the output for industrial products.

May 88 Supporting Vessel Engineer for Mobay Chemical Corporation Dye Pigment Plant, Bushy Park, South Dec 89 Carolina. Handled design of 150 pieces of equipment including numerous reactors, heat exchangers, and
API 620 storage tanks.

June 87 Chemical Plant Expansion - Mobay Chemical Corporation, Baytown, Texas. Increased plant production April 88 from 30 MM lb./yr. to 60 MM lb./yr. of 60% and 96% rich MDI - a mixture of monomers and polymers to produce fiberglass and its by-products.
