Accounting/Administrative Assistant - Dallas Texas

Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a part-time (20-30 hours per week) Accounting/Administrative Assistant to support with internal accounting and administrative duties on a contract to possible hire basis.

Duties:
Double data entry into Oscar and QuickBooks software programs
Run reports out of QuickBooks at the end of each pay period
Light collection calls  
Administrative duties as assigned including, scanning, filing and organizing

Requirements:
2-5 years in a support role handling Accounting and Administrative duties
Proficient with MS Office Suite and QuickBooks
Knowledge of software programs like Oscar or Yardi is a plus
Experience with Invoicing, Payroll and 401 K implementation
Experience in an administrative role handling copying, scanning, filing, etc.
Ability to multitask and wear many hats
An excellent attitude, friendly demeanor and ability to get along well with a variety of personalities
