Bilingual Workers Compensation Specialist - Houston Texas

Our Downtown Houston, TX Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Bilingual Workers Compensation Specialist.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of workers compensation collection experience.
Must have working knowledge of the entire biling and collection process, such as familiarity with all forms, codes and demonstrate effectiveness in dealing with the various workers compensation carriers.
Exceptional phone etiquette is desired.
Must be able to Multi-task and handle a high volume of accounts.

Responsibilities:
Work with debtors to obtain payments
Negotiate with debtor to secure amounts owed to clients; and, properly follow through with activity on assigned accounts.
Prioritize daily to ensure collections goals and procedures are met.
Complete reviews with the owner to ensure the company's needs are maintained.
Must be team player; possess a great attitude, attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
