Our Richardson, TX client is seeking a contract Legal Secretary. This opportunity will be a three week-long contract assignment.

Duties:

• Take on administrative duties, such as handling incoming calls, filing, and assisting with client correspondence.
  
• Prepare pleadings and subpoenas
• Act as a go-between from the attorneys to the clients

Requirements:

• At least a years worth of experience in a legal setting.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word.
• Maintain professional dress.
• Must have strong secretarial skills.
• Professional phone skills and the ability to work with multiple lines.
